본 연구는 정보통신기술의 발달로 교육에서도 디지털 전환이 빠르게 이루어지고 있으며, 이에 따른 공무원교육에서의 ICT 교육이 필수적으로 자리 잡고 있다. 전국 15개 시·도 교육원에서는 다양한 직무, 창의, 정보화교육을 실시하고 있다. 지방공무원교육원의 ICT 교육훈련의 교과목을 토대로 미래역량에 대비하기 위한 창의적인 교육프로그램이 운영되고 있는지를 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 이에 대한 분석을 통하여, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대비한 ICT 역량을 갖춘 미래인재 육성의 방향에 대한 몇 가지 제언을 제시하고자 한다. |

(English Abstract) |
In this study, digital transformation is rapidly being made in education due to the development of information and communication technology, and ICT education in civil service is essential. The 15 city and provincial education institutes nationwide offer a variety of job, creative and information education. Based on the subjects of ICT education and training of the local civil education center, I would like to grasp whether the creative education program for the future capability is being operated. Through this analysis, I would like to suggest some suggestions for the direction of future human resources with ICT capability in preparation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. |
